Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SlotLinQ platform, including the central marketplace, organization booking websites, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Customer accounts are for marketplace and booking purposes. Organization staff accounts are accessed through your organization's dedicated SlotLinQ website.

Customer use

As a customer, you may search for services, book appointments, and manage your bookings through the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to honor appointment commitments, including cancellation policies set by the business you book with.

Business use

Organizations using SlotLinQ are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, services, pricing, availability, and compliance with applicable laws. Businesses set their own booking policies, including cancellations and refunds, which apply to customer bookings made through their SlotLinQ presence.

Bookings and payments

SlotLinQ facilitates booking between customers and businesses. Unless explicitly stated, SlotLinQ is not a party to the service agreement between you and a business. Payment terms, if any, are determined by the business and any applicable payment processor.

Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without permission
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or bookings
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by SlotLinQ or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service.

Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as authentication providers or payment processors). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the quality of services provided by businesses on the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlotLinQ and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if no fees were paid.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where SlotLinQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
